`GET /global_config/recipient-email-domain-allowlist`

Get the per-tenant recipient email-domain allowlist with attribution and
status. Owner only.

    - `added_at` string, nullable
    - `status` 'active' | 'paused', required

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad request
- `403`: Not supported for public user
- `404`: Configuration not found
