# Delete an MPP-paid direct upload

`DELETE /v1/mpp/uploads/{id}`

Munition Upload Delete over MPP: pay 0.001 USDC on Base/Polygon/Arbitrum via Authorization: Payment so the original paying wallet can delete the hosted object and mark the upload deleted.

Deleted direct upload

- DirectDeleteOutput
  - `id` string, required: Munition upload id.
  - `status` 'deleted', required: Deletion status.
  - `deleted` true, required: Whether the file is now deleted.
  - `deletedAt` string, date-time, required: When the file was marked deleted.
  - `expiresAt` string, date-time, required: Original or current file expiration timestamp.

## Other responses

- `402`: Call without Authorization to receive an MPP challenge, then retry with Authorization: Payment <credential>. Invalid payment and settlement failures can also return 402.
- `403`: Payment wallet does not own this upload
- `404`: Upload not found
