Overwrite the worker's current point for a live-location task.

Only the worker on the accepted offer, only while the task is in its
active window, and only when the agent requested sharing at post time
(which the worker saw before accepting). One row per task, updated in
place -- no history is ever stored, and the row is deleted the moment
the task leaves the active window.
