What the hosted agent costs to run, against what it earns.

Phase 4 bounded model wake-ups per task and asserted that bound in a test.
That proves the notification policy is written correctly; this is the only
thing that shows whether the bound was set in the right place against real
traffic.

Read `margin` first. The platform fee is 5% capped at $5.00, so a $12
errand earns $0.60 — the whole operating budget for every message and model
call it required. A negative `net_usd` means each native task is
subsidised, and no amount of conversation volume fixes that.
