`GET /v1/native/workers`

Worker cards for the @handles an agent mentioned in the thread.

The agent writes "@saratoga_amy"; the console asks for that worker's card
so the customer sees who it means rather than a username. The fields are
the ones `search_workers` already hands the customer's agent, minus
anything about location, and only for workers search could have
returned -- verified and active. An unknown handle is simply absent,
so this cannot be used to learn more than search already says.
