# Full questionnaire detail

`GET /api/admin/onboarding-questionnaires/{questionnaire_id}`

Everything the review screen needs, in one call.

`token_hash` is stripped: it is a credential digest and the reviewer has no
use for it. Uploads come back as metadata only — the presigned URL is minted
on demand by the dedicated endpoint, so a long-lived link never sits in a
cached JSON payload.
