# Compose System Broadcast

`POST /api/system-broadcast/compose`

Draft an announcement with AI. system_admin only. Publishes NOTHING.

Returns {"body_html": str, "message": str} — the result is loaded into the
composer's editor, where a person reads it, edits it and presses Enviar.
This endpoint has no side effects: no banner, no archive row, no WhatsApp.

The HTML comes back already sanitized against the broadcast allowlist (the
same pass a hand-typed announcement gets), so the caller can render it
without a second thought.
