# Debug Single Plate

`GET /api/scuts/debug/{plate}`

DEBUG: Check a single plate via CTT's internal JSON API and return a
consolidated diagnostic payload (HTTP status, version tokens in use,
version-mismatch flag, parsed result, raw response).
Requires plate ownership (vehicle must belong to user's company) or system_admin role.

Example: GET /api/scuts/debug/AA-00-BB
