`GET /api/reports/financial/summary`

Get financial overview totals: lucros carros, lucros outros,
despesas, IVA liquidado, IVA deduzido, and computed totals.

## Query parameters

- `mes` integer[] — Month(s) to include (1-12)
- `ano` integer, required
- `ponto_venda_id` integer[]
