# List Portal Messages

`GET /api/portal-messages`

List captured portal messages. Scope is resolved by ``_resolve_scope``:
a non-admin sees their own visible teams; an admin follows the board filters
(funnel takes precedence, else selected users' teams, else the whole company).

## Query parameters

- `status` string — 'unread' | 'read' | 'archived' | 'all'
- `limit` integer
- `offset` integer
- `user_ids` integer[], nullable — Leads board 'Utilizador' filter — resolved to those users' teams.
- `team_ids` integer[], nullable — Leads board 'Fluxo de Atribuição' filter (funnel/team ids).
