`GET /api/oficina/reports/transportes`

Transport duration, on-time %, overdue, monthly volume, top routes.

## Query parameters

- `pv_id` integer[]
- `estado_id` integer[]
- `from` string, date, nullable
- `to` string, date, nullable
- `park_location_id` integer[] — Filter by destino_park_id (transports going to one or more of these parks).
- `year` integer, nullable — Selected year for month-over-month trend.
- `month` integer[] — Selected month(s); a single month enables the trend badge.
