# List Nudges

`GET /api/nudges`

Gestor IA feed — recommendations computed ON DEMAND for the caller's company
(cached ~1h; ``refresh=1`` recomputes), overlaid with the interaction ledger and
the 'Foco da semana'. Superset of the legacy shape (adds computed_at,
health_score, health_factors, focus).

## Query parameters

- `status` string — 'all' | 'new' | 'seen' | 'acted' | 'dismissed'
- `refresh` integer — 1 = bypass cache and recompute (the 'Atualizar' button)
- `limit` integer
- `offset` integer

- `x-api-token` string, nullable
