# Delete a note (owner only)

`DELETE /api/notes/{note_id}`

Soft delete + attachment purge.

Rows go first, inside the transaction; the S3 objects follow best-effort,
because an S3 hiccup must not undo a delete the user asked for. A leaked
object is a cost problem, a failed delete is a trust problem.
