# Populate the global holidays catalog for a year (nationals + municipals)

`POST /api/holidays/seed/{year}`

Idempotently seeds Z_HolidaysCatalog with Portuguese national and municipal
holidays for the given year. The catalog is global (no idcompany), shared
across all tenants. Each company then chooses which of these apply to them
by hiding the ones they don't observe or adding their own customs.
