# Vehicle Dua Readiness

`GET /api/declarations/vehicle-dua-readiness`

Per-entity DUA (Compra) readiness for a purchased vehicle.

Resolves the buyer (the dealership — NIF == PV NIPC), seller (the vehicle's
fornecedor — Viatura.Fornece), vehicle and restitution PV (the user's PV),
and reports for each the hydrated data plus the required fields still empty.
The vehicle "Declarações" modal calls this to gate the DUA before generation.

Returns the buyer/seller/vehicle/pv blocks plus `error`. company_id and
pv_id come from the JWT.
