# Create Document Type

`POST /api/declaration-templates/document-types`

Create a tenant-specific document type (TipoDocsNomeModulo) so the user can
add one inline when no existing type matches. The new type is scoped to the
caller's company (company_id) and is therefore invisible to other tenants.

Dedupe: if a global or own-company type with the same name + module already
exists, that one is returned instead of creating a duplicate.

Body:
    name: str (required)
    id_modulo: int (required) — 5 (Contratos), 11 (Viaturas) or 12 (Clientes)
