# Add internal note (admin)

`POST /api/admin/tickets/{ticket_id}/notes`

Add an internal note visible only to system admins.

No closed-status gate (contrast with the user reply endpoint): notes are
internal coordination and must remain possible on closed/resolved tickets —
safe because create_internal_note never bumps the ticket's updated_at.
