# Presigned download for an uploaded file

`GET /api/admin/onboarding-questionnaires/{questionnaire_id}/uploads/{upload_id}`

Mint a short-lived download URL.

Scoped to the questionnaire, never fetched by upload id alone — otherwise a
tampered path would hand back another questionnaire's file.

`inline=False`: these are client-supplied files sitting in the bucket shared
with contracts and client documents. They are downloaded, never rendered on
the bucket origin.

- `upload_id` integer, required
