# Take a closed questionnaire back into review

`POST /api/admin/onboarding-questionnaires/{questionnaire_id}/reopen-review`

Undo a close so the answers can still be applied.

Stage 1 could only ever close with outcome `reviewed_only` -- there was no
apply layer -- so every questionnaire filed before this feature is sitting
closed with its data never used. This is the way back in.

Does NOT re-issue a link: reviewing needs no token, and minting one would
silently reopen the form to the dealer. `resend-link` exists for that.
