# Retry a failed upload

`POST /upload/{id}/retry`

## Request

Queues one failed upload again. An upload is one account of a post, so the accounts that were published are never touched. Refused when retrying cannot help (`failure.retryable` false) unless `force` is true, when the account is disconnected, when the upload is still being retried automatically, or when its media was deleted (24 hours after the failure).

The upload is queued again.

## Other responses

- `401`: The API key is missing, invalid, revoked or expired.
- `404`: No such upload in your scope.
- `409`: The upload cannot be retried. `code` says why: NOT_FAILED, ALREADY_RETRYING, NOT_RETRYABLE, ACCOUNT_INACTIVE, MEDIA_EXPIRED, DAILY_LIMIT, PLAN_LIMIT, QUEUE_FULL or QUEUE_BUSY.
- `429`: Too many requests for this endpoint group.
