`POST /app/subscribe/`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.muapi.ai`
- URL: `https://api.muapi.ai/app/subscribe/`
- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `x-api-key`
  - OAuth 2 (client credentials, token URL `https://api.muapi.ai/oauth/token`)

Public opt-in for product updates (double opt-in: a row only counts once the emailed confirm
link is opened). Always answers {"ok": true} so it can't be used to check whether an address is
already subscribed.

  - `email` string, email, required
  - `source` string
  - `page` string, nullable
  - `website` string, nullable
