  - `account_id` integer, required: ID of the connected YouTube account (from GET /social/accounts).
  - `media_url` string, uri, required: Public URL of the video to upload.
  - `title` string, required: Video title (required by YouTube, max 100 chars).
  - `description` string: Video description.
  - `tags` string[], nullable: Keyword tags for the video.
  - `privacy` 'public' | 'private' | 'unlisted': Video visibility: public, private, or unlisted.
  - `category_id` '1' | '2' | '10' | '15' | '17' | '19' | '20' | '22' | '23' | '24' | '25' | '26' | '27' | '28' | '29', nullable: YouTube video category ID (e.g. '22' = People & Blogs). Omit to default to People & Blogs.
  - `made_for_kids` boolean: Whether this video is made for kids (COPPA).
  - `webhook_url` string, uri, nullable
