  - `privacy_level` 'PUBLIC_TO_EVERYONE' | 'MUTUAL_FOLLOW_FRIENDS' | 'FOLLOWER_OF_CREATOR' | 'SELF_ONLY': Who can view the video.
  - `allow_comment` boolean: Allow comments on the video.
  - `allow_duet` boolean: Allow Duet for this video.
  - `allow_stitch` boolean: Allow Stitch for this video.
  - `is_ai_generated` boolean: Mark the video as AI-generated content.
  - `webhook_url` string, uri, nullable
