# List Models

`GET /api/v1/models`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.muapi.ai`
- URL: `https://api.muapi.ai/api/v1/models`
- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `x-api-key`
  - OAuth 2 (client credentials, token URL `https://api.muapi.ai/oauth/token`)

Public catalog of every model available on muapi.ai with pricing.

Returns one entry per enabled model with its catalog `name`, the actual
`endpoint_url` to POST to, human-readable `description` and `category`,
the base USD `cost` per call, and a `cost_strategy` flag.  The flattened
input fields let runtime integrations build model registries without
shipping a second copy of schema_data.json.

`domain` groups entries at a coarser level than `category`/`family`:
`"ai"` (image/video/audio/LLM/3D generation — the default for any entry
without an explicit `domain` in schema_data.json) vs. non-generation
tool domains like `"lead_enrichment"`, `"seo"`, `"social"`, `"scraping"`.

Cost semantics:
  • `cost_strategy == "fixed_cost"` (or any strategy not in the dynamic
    registry) → `cost` is the exact USD price per call.
  • Otherwise → `cost` is a representative base; the final price depends
    on the request payload (duration, resolution, etc.). Call
    `POST /api/v1/models/{name}/estimate-cost` with the same payload you
    plan to submit to get the exact USD price.

Every generation response also includes the real charge as
`cost.amount_usd` plus the `X-MuAPI-Cost-USD` response header, so this
endpoint is for pre-flight pricing UI only.

## Query parameters

- `category` string: Filter by category, e.g. 'Text to Image', 'Text to Video', 'Image to Video', 'Image to Image', 'Video to Video', 'Text to Audio', 'Image to 3D', 'Text to 3D'.
- `family` string: Filter by model family slug (e.g. 'flux', 'veo3', 'kling').
- `group_of` string: Filter by group (e.g. 'image-generation').
