Fundamental financial metrics/ratios (historical or latest snapshot) for a ticker, or a filter-based screener across US public companies. Input: mode (metrics/metrics_snapshot/screener), ticker, period, filters, limit. Output: valuation/profitability/liquidity/growth/per-share metrics or screener results with source. Read-only research data only — no trading, portfolio, or investment-advice output. Use for: stock research ratio views and simple company screening.
