- InstagramPublishRequest
  - `account_id` integer, required: ID of the connected Instagram account (from GET /social/accounts).
  - `media_url` string, uri, required: Public URL of the video or image to publish.
  - `caption` string: Post caption (supports hashtags).
  - `placement` 'reels' | 'stories' | 'timeline': Where to publish: Reels feed, Stories, or main timeline.
  - `share_to_feed` boolean: Show the Reel on the main feed as well as the Reels tab.
  - `cover_url` string, uri, nullable: URL of a JPEG/PNG image to use as the Reel's grid thumbnail. Passed to Meta as cover_url. Takes precedence over thumb_offset when both are supplied.
  - `thumb_offset` integer, nullable: Millisecond position in the video to use as the cover frame (e.g. 8000 for 8 s). Ignored when cover_url is set.
  - `webhook_url` string, uri, nullable
