Find creators/influencers by natural-language query and/or structured filters (platform, niche, country, follower/engagement bounds) on Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube. Input: query and/or niche/platform/country/min_followers/max_followers/min_engagement_rate, limit. Output: matching creator profiles. Use for: creator discovery, influencer sourcing, and lookalike-shortlist research.

  - `niche` string, nullable: Content niche/topic to filter by, e.g. 'fitness', 'specialty coffee'.
  - `country` string, nullable: 2-letter country code to filter by.
  - `min_followers` integer, nullable: Minimum follower count.
  - `max_followers` integer, nullable: Maximum follower count.
  - `min_engagement_rate` number, nullable: Minimum engagement rate, as a percentage (0-100).
  - `limit` integer, nullable: Maximum number of creators to return.
  - `webhook_url` string, uri, nullable
  - `idempotency_key` string, nullable
