# Upload a CV

`POST /api/v1/deposer_cv`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://cv.mt-transition.fr`

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Use this when the person wants their CV (résumé) analysed, improved, rewritten or adapted to a job offer and has shared it as a PDF/Word file or pasted its text. Stores the CV and returns a document_id used by the other tools. Do not use it for cover letters or for anything other than a CV. Files up to 10 MB; the CV is deleted automatically after 30 days (or sooner with conserver_jours). Free, does not use a credit.

  - `cv` object: File uploaded in the conversation (ChatGPT file parameter).
    - `download_url` string, required
    - `file_id` string, required
    - `mime_type` string
    - `file_name` string
  - `cv_texte` string: Full text of the CV, if pasted rather than uploaded.
  - `cv_base64` string: PDF or DOCX content in base64 (API use).
  - `nom_fichier` string
  - `conserver_jours` integer: 0 = delete within 2 hours.

## Response `200`

Result, or `besoin_information: true` with the questions to ask (no credit used).

## Other responses

- `401`: Missing or unknown key
- `402`: Monthly free credits used up
- `429`: More than 10 calls per minute
