`POST /api/v1/consulter_usage`

Use this when the person asks how many free CV analyses they have left this month. Free.

Result, or `besoin_information: true` with the questions to ask (no credit used).

## Other responses

- `401`: Missing or unknown key
- `402`: Monthly free credits used up
- `429`: More than 10 calls per minute
