`POST /api/v1/cable/buy`

Renew a cable TV subscription.

## Request body

- object
  - `smartcardNumber` string, required
  - `cableplan` string, required — planId from GET /api/v1/plans/cable (`planId` field) or Mongo _id. Provider is resolved from the plan.
  - `customerName` string, required
  - `customerRef` string

## Response `200`

OK
