- `symbol` string, required: Unified symbol (e.g. btc/usd). Canonical form (BTC-USD) also accepted.
- `exchange` string, nullable: Exchange name (preferred parameter).
- `venue` string, nullable: Legacy alias for exchange.
- `max_venues` integer: Max venue rows to return when exchange is omitted.
