`POST /v1/hub/{hub_id}/duplicate`

Create a duplicate of an existing hub

- `hub_id` string, uuid, required

    - `projectId` string, uuid
    - `processPublicId` string, uuid, nullable
    - `processSectionPublicId` string, uuid, nullable
    - `processResponsePublicId` string, uuid, nullable
  - `duplicatePermissions` boolean
  - `lockResource` boolean

## Response `201`

Hub duplication started successfully

## Other responses

- `403` — Not authorized to duplicate this hub
- `404` — Hub not found or hub has been deleted
