# List payment forms

`GET /forms`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.moonclerk.com`
- URL: `https://api.moonclerk.com/forms`
- Auth: API key in header `Authorization`

Returns every payment form on the account, newest first. Supports `count` and `offset` paging.

## Query parameters

- `count` integer
- `offset` integer

## Response `200`

A page of forms.

## Other responses

- `401`: Missing or invalid API key. The body is currently `text/plain` (`HTTP Token: Access denied.`), not JSON.
- `429`: Throttling limit exceeded. Reduce the number and frequency of calls, then retry. No `RateLimit` or `Retry-After` headers are currently published.
- `500`: MoonClerk is unavailable — `500` means the app is entirely down; `502`, `503` and `504` are gateway and timeout conditions. Retrying later is the caller's responsibility.
- `502`: MoonClerk is unavailable — `500` means the app is entirely down; `502`, `503` and `504` are gateway and timeout conditions. Retrying later is the caller's responsibility.
- `503`: MoonClerk is unavailable — `500` means the app is entirely down; `502`, `503` and `504` are gateway and timeout conditions. Retrying later is the caller's responsibility.
- `504`: MoonClerk is unavailable — `500` means the app is entirely down; `502`, `503` and `504` are gateway and timeout conditions. Retrying later is the caller's responsibility.
