# Resolve an issue.

`POST /api/v1/issues/{issueId}/resolve`

- Issue: A single operational issue for your operator.
  - `id` string, required: Id of the issue.
  - `operatorId` integer: Id of the operator this issue belongs to.
  - `type` string, required: The issue-type token.
  - `scope` AlertScope, required: What an alert or issue is about.
    - `type` 'operator' | 'site' | 'charge-point' | 'unknown', required: The kind of entity this alert or issue is scoped to.
    - `id` string, required: Id of the scoped entity.
  - `teamId` string, nullable: Id of the team this issue is scoped to, when service-alerts exposes it. Null today.
  - `siteId` string, nullable: Id of the site this issue is scoped to, when service-alerts exposes it. Null today.
  - `status` 'open' | 'resolved' | 'unknown', required: Current status of the issue.
  - `eventCount` integer: Number of events attached to this issue.
  - `firstEventAt` string, date-time, nullable: Earliest event on this issue, if any.
  - `lastEventAt` string, date-time, nullable: Most recent event on this issue, if any.
  - `resolvedAt` string, date-time, nullable: When this issue was resolved, if it has been.

## Other responses

- `400`: The request is invalid
- `401`: Consumer with provided credentials was not found
- `403`: Operator doesn't have access to resource
- `404`: Entity with the provided id was not found
