# Lists the declarants you may read e-reports for

`GET /api/v1/e-reports/declarants`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://partner-api.monta.com`
- URL: `https://partner-api.monta.com/api/v1/e-reports/declarants`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Required scope: `e-reports:read` </br>Organization authorization: `supported`</br>An e-report is filed per declarant — the legal entity registered with the tax authority — not per wallet, so start here to learn which `ownerType`/`ownerId` pairs to list e-reports for. The declarant's registered name, country and identifiers come back on the e-report itself.

## Response `200`

Declarants successfully retrieved

- EReportDeclarantRef[]
  - `ownerType` 'team' | 'operator', required: Whether a declarant is a team or an operator
  - `ownerId` integer, required: Id of the declarant, to pass as `ownerId` when listing e-reports

## Other responses

- `400`: The request is invalid
- `401`: Consumer with provided credentials was not found
- `403`: Operator doesn't have access to resource
- `404`: Entity with the provided id was not found
