# Retrieve external ticket references for a charge point

`GET /api/v1/charge-points/{chargePointId}/tickets`

## Request

Lists references to tickets in external maintenance systems, most recently updated first.</br></br>Required scope: `tickets:read` </br>Organization authorization: `supported`

    - `commentCount` integer, nullable: Number of comments on the ticket in the external system
    - `lastCommentAt` string, date-time, nullable: When the last comment was added in the external system
    - `returnedToServiceAt` string, date-time, nullable: When the external system reported the charge point back in service
    - `createdAt` string, date-time, required: Creation date of this ticket reference
    - `updatedAt` string, date-time, required: Date this ticket reference was last updated

- `400`: The request is invalid
