`GET /dashboard/bot/settings/{guild_id}/channels/limits`

## Request

The linked-channel allowance, in the shape the dashboard's limit controls expect.

Same payload as the points and automations limit endpoints, plus `used`, because the page
cannot count linked channels from the settings it already holds.
