# Health check

`GET /health`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.sandbox.monite.com/v1`
- URL: `https://api.sandbox.monite.com/v1/health`
- Auth: none declared. Required headers: `x-monite-version`

Returns the overall health of the Monite API platform. If the API is healthy, the response has HTTP status 200 and the response body contains `{"status": "pass"}`.

  - `status` string, required: The value `pass` means the API status is OK.

## Other responses

- `422`: Validation Error
- `429`: API rate limit has been exceeded. Check the response headers for the rate limit information.
