# Heartbeat push

`POST /api/v1/heartbeats/{token}`

Cron-liveness ping. Token-in-URL (no Bearer auth needed). If no heartbeat received within `interval_seconds * 1.2`, monit.rs opens an incident. Accepts POST, GET, HEAD. Body up to 100kB stored as diagnostic.

- `state` 'ok' | 'fail'

## Response `204`

Heartbeat recorded.

## Other responses

- `404`: Token not recognized.
- `413`: Body exceeds 100kB.
