# Permanently delete a library asset

`DELETE /v1/resources/{resourceId}/mint-assets`

Deletes one asset at the provider and removes it from the library. Permanent — the provider keeps no trash. Answers 409 when the asset still has active generation or derivative work upstream; an asset the provider already dropped still deletes cleanly.

## Path parameters

- `resourceId` string, required — Resource identifier (ULID).

## Query parameters

- `assetId` string, required — Asset id from the library listing.

## Response `204`

The asset was deleted

## Other responses

- `401` — Unauthorized — missing or invalid credentials
- `403` — Forbidden — caller has no workspace or no access
- `404` — Resource or asset not found
- `409` — The asset has active generation or derivative work
- `500` — Internal server error
