# Return One Identity Provider by ID

`GET /api/atlas/v2/federationSettings/{federationSettingsId}/identityProviders/{identityProviderId}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://cloud.mongodb.com`
- URL: `https://cloud.mongodb.com/api/atlas/v2/federationSettings/{federationSettingsId}/identityProviders/{identityProviderId}`
- Auth: one of:
  - OAuth 2
    - Client credentials
    - Token URL: `https://cloud.mongodb.com/api/oauth/token`
  - HTTP digest

Returns one identity provider in the specified federation by the identity provider's id. To use this resource, the requesting Service Account or API Key must have the Organization Owner role in one of the connected organizations.

- `identityProviderId` string, required

- `envelope` boolean

## Response `200`

OK

- `400`: Bad Request.
- `401`: Unauthorized.
- `403`: Forbidden.
