`GET /api/v1.4/subscriptions/plan-groups/`

## Request

  - API key in header `X-Api-Key`
  - API key in query parameter `access_token`

List subscription plan groups. Supports both API key (X-API-Key) and public key (X-Public-Key) authentication.
