Server-side DataTable source for browsing genes with pagination, search, sorting, and optional chromosome or gene type filters.

## Query parameters

- `draw` integer
- `start` integer
- `length` integer
- `search[value]` string
- `chromosome` string
- `gene_type` string

## Response `200`

DataTables-compatible JSON with gene rows.

## Other responses

- `429`: Rate limit exceeded. You are sending too many requests. Limits: 5 requests/second, 120 requests/minute, 300 requests/10 minutes. Exceeding the 10-minute threshold blocks your IP for the remainder of that window.
