# Download gene mutant peptides as FASTA

Download mutant neoepitope peptide sequences for a gene across all samples in FASTA format. Each header contains the CAN-IMMUNE ID, gene, amino acid change, peptide type, transcript, source, and sample name.

- `types` string
- `cancer_type` string

## Response `200`

FASTA file with peptide sequences.

## Other responses

- `429`: Rate limit exceeded. You are sending too many requests. Limits: 5 requests/second, 120 requests/minute, 300 requests/10 minutes. Exceeding the 10-minute threshold blocks your IP for the remainder of that window.
