`GET /gene_mutations`

Server-side DataTable source listing all mutations for a specific gene. Supports pagination, search, and filters by mutation type, source database, or cancer type.

## Query parameters

- `gene` string, required
- `draw` integer
- `start` integer
- `length` integer
- `mutation_type` string
- `source_db` string
- `cancer_type` string

## Response `200`

Paginated mutation rows for the gene.

## Other responses

- `429`: Rate limit exceeded. You are sending too many requests. Limits: 5 requests/second, 120 requests/minute, 300 requests/10 minutes. Exceeding the 10-minute threshold blocks your IP for the remainder of that window.
