Đối tác gọi API này của ACB để gửi yêu cầu hủy tài khoản VA.
            ACB sẽ nhận và kiểm tra thông tin đầu vào.
            Yêu cầu:
            Phải truyền đầy đủ các thông tin bắt buộc.
            Mã đăng ký dịch vụ phải trùng khớp với thông tin đăng ký trong hệ thống và còn đang hoạt động
