Đối tác gọi API này của ACB để gửi yêu cầu đăng ký dịch vụ thông báo giao dịch.
            ACB sẽ nhận và kiểm tra thông tin đầu vào.
            Yêu cầu:
            Phải truyền đầy đủ các thông tin bắt buộc.

- NotificationRegistrationRequest
  - `username` string, nullable: Thông tin đăng nhập
  - `receive_noti_realtime` boolean, required: Nhận thông báo tức thì hoặc nhận thông báo cuối ngày
