Đối tác gọi API này của ACB để gửi yêu cầu hủy đăng ký dịch vụ thông báo giao dịch
        ACB sẽ nhận và kiểm tra thông tin đầu vào.
        Yêu cầu:
        Phải truyền đầy đủ các thông tin bắt buộc.
        Mã đăng ký dịch vụ trùng khớp với thông tin lưu trong hệ thống và còn đang hoạt động
        Loại dịch vụ hủy trùng khớp với dịch vụ ACB cung cấp và được đăng ký dịch vụ tại ACB
