# Merge people

`POST /people/merge`

Merge multiple people into a single target person. All identities, emails, and company associations are moved to the target.

## Other responses

- `400`: Invalid request (validation failed).
- `401`: Missing or invalid API key.
- `403`: The API key does not have access to this resource.
- `404`: The requested resource was not found.
- `409`: The request conflicts with an existing resource or idempotency operation.
- `429`: Rate limit exceeded.
- `500`: Internal server error.
