# Whether token cost is shown

`GET /v1/settings/cost-display`

## Request

- Base URL: `http://localhost:9998`

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Whether chat shows each turn's token usage and cost. On is the default. Off hides the display only: the ledger keeps recording every attempt.
